3. Data Furnisher Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of credit data you submit to credit bureaus using our software.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Marietta, Georgia.
